Just because

I had to post this because I couldn't resist this adorable face. Claire is still pretty small for this toy but she really enjoys it and makes the cutest faces!

We had a random really warm day this week and me, claire, ashleigh and kai went on a walk! It felt amazing and I can't wait for it to warm up and be able to go on walks all the time, but for now we will just have to stay inside while we wait out the cold and snow.

Trip to Utah

The last few days we spent in Utah visiting friends and Rich visited utah and BYU campuses. This was Claire's first long car ride, she did so good and slept the whole way to Orem.

Leonora is finishing up her student teaching over the next couple weeks so rich's mom helped watch katelynn. We had a lot of fun with the two girls. Both have had a cold and are finally getting over the stuffy nose and cough. Here is Katelynn and claire.

We spent a couple nights at Andy and Sarah's (my aunt and uncle) house in Orem. It was so much fun. Here is Claire with my cousins Maggie and Hadley. They are so much fun.

We also got to see my friend Sara. She is due to have her baby any day now and we are so excited for her!

2 Months old!

Claire is 2 months old today! Its so crazy how fast she is growing. At her appointment today she weighed 10 and a half pounds. She is about 22 and a half inches long. She is so much fun and just the last couple days she has been trying to talk to us a lot more and smiling when we play with her. I love it.

Lots of Pictures and Fun

Claire is growing up so fast! She is now a month and a half old and over 9 pounds, we will find out her exact weight at her 2 month appointment coming up. We love having a little girl and getting to know her. Claire is sleeping a little better most nights and we have mostly figured out a routine.

A lot of you have been asking about law school. Right now we are just waiting to hear from all the law schools he applied to. We have herd back from 3 of them. Michigan State accepted Rich with a full ride. St. Lewis accepted him and has a pending scholarship, and Willamette (in oregon) accepted him with a half tuition scholarship. We are excited to hear from the rest of the schools but aren't sure where we will go yet. We are hoping for some more really good offers.

We went to shelly for the weekend and had a lot of fun with family. Rich's sister Leonora came to visit from provo so we got to meet her little girl katelynn. Katelynn had the same due date as claire but was born 5 weeks early. Katelynn is so cute.

Here is Katelynn, Claire and Isabel. 3 of the 5 cousins born this year. Isabel is 10 months old.

It was a little hard to get all three happy at the same time. :)

1 Month Old

Claire is one month old! She is so cute and alicia has been taking some really cute pictures of her. It is so much fun to have a sister who loves photography.

Claire is over 8 pounds now and 21 and a half inches long. She is growing out of a lot of her newborn clothes, which is sad but so much fun.

Almost 4 weeks old

Claire will be 4 weeks tomorrow. I can't believe how fast time flies!

The Best 2 years!

First we were friends that hung out in front of kensington eating popsicles....

Then we started dating....

Then we got engaged....

Then we were married....

One year later we were eating the top of our wedding cake....

And this week we celebrated our two year anniversary. We left claire with grandma and went out to eat at Olive Garden. The last two years have been amazing and now we have a beautiful little girl. We are excited for the years to come....
