Happy Easter Everyone!!!

We had a great easter weekend! It started out making pies with my friend Ashleigh. It was so much fun, I love pie and hanging out with friends! I got my hair cut on saturday and the rest of the weekend we spent in Shelley with Rich's parents. On sunday Alicia took some family pictures for us. She is amazing. We had so much fun being outside in the sun for a little bit. I cant wait for summer!

Claire is growing up so fast and moving and wiggling more every day. She is 4 and a half months old. Almost 14 pounds and 25.5 inches long. She is so much fun!

And we are going to....

We put in a deposit and are going to be going to....

...university of oregon for law school! We are excited about our new adventure and should be moving in August right before law school starts.

ROAD TRIP

Last week was a lot of fun but crazy! We went on a nice road trip and visited the university of idaho in moscow and had fun staying with one of rich's friend. The nine hour drive was a new experience for claire and we had to stop A LOT! the next day we drove to my parents house to surprise them. It was so much fun and i loved sara's face when we walked in the door. I wish i had a picture.

During the week rich flew out to michigan state to check it out and also visited university of oregon. He had a lot of fun and we got a lot better feel for the schools. The 12 hour trip home wasn't as bad as we thought it would be but we were all glad to be back home and have claire out of her car seat.

We had fun seeing everyone including both of claire's great grandparents!

When we got back from our trip we decided to move claire out of our own room and into her own room. It is so nice to have our room back and claire is doing a lot better at night.

Claire's Blessing

This last weekend we blessed Claire. It was so much fun spending time around family, and Rich did a wonderful job. Thanks to everyone who came and helped out with everything. the dinner afterwards was delicious.

I decided to take some 3 month photos. She is getting so big and so much fun!

Claire is always hungry it seems. Ever since she was born she has wanted to eat about every hour. Its crazy so we decided to try rice cereal. She loved it and got mad when I didn't feed it to her fast enough.

All kinds of stuff

Claire is 3 months old! Ican't believe how fast time has flown by. She is getting so big! Here are a few things about her:

* Claire is over 14 pounds now! crazy. I can't believe how fast she is growing.

* Claire laughed for the first time on saturday. It was the cutest thing I have ever herd.

* She is in size 2 diapers now and has her days where she EXPLODES a lot.

* She was sleeping pretty good until this week. Last night she was up most of the night.

* We think she is teething and she has been super grumpy and not sleeping very well and drooling all over everything.

* Claire loves to eat really often.

* Claire loves her hands and is chewing on her thumb, she hasn't wanted her pacifier as much.

Rich spends a lot of time on the computer lately looking up things about law schools.

* Claire loves her baths! we give her one every night before bed now and she loves it.

* Claire has figured out how to roll over from her belly to her back. Some days she rolls over 10 times and other days I put her on her stomach and she screams till I pick her up.

* She loves the mirror, being walked around and looking at everything.

I have been having a lot of fun lately crocheting. I started to make stuffed animals and have made a dragon, lion and monster and teddy bear. Its a lot of fun and a great thing to do while nursing. (the monster still needs arms made)

I actually went in for a job interview a couple weeks ago and got a job at Star Moose Creative. I will be one of their graphic designers and am really excited because i am going to be able to work from home part time, and be able to keep the job when we move to law school. I am still waiting to hear from them for my first project.

The law school application cycle is starting to wind down for us. With 6 offers, 2 wait lists, and 3 pending. We are starting to forget about those left pending and where we are on the wait list.

Lately we are mainly looking at two schools. University of Idaho which we are planning on visiting March 26th and University of Oregon. I go back and forth several times a day, just not sure where I want to move for the next three years.

Just because

I had to post this because I couldn't resist this adorable face. Claire is still pretty small for this toy but she really enjoys it and makes the cutest faces!

We had a random really warm day this week and me, claire, ashleigh and kai went on a walk! It felt amazing and I can't wait for it to warm up and be able to go on walks all the time, but for now we will just have to stay inside while we wait out the cold and snow.

Trip to Utah

The last few days we spent in Utah visiting friends and Rich visited utah and BYU campuses. This was Claire's first long car ride, she did so good and slept the whole way to Orem.

Leonora is finishing up her student teaching over the next couple weeks so rich's mom helped watch katelynn. We had a lot of fun with the two girls. Both have had a cold and are finally getting over the stuffy nose and cough. Here is Katelynn and claire.

We spent a couple nights at Andy and Sarah's (my aunt and uncle) house in Orem. It was so much fun. Here is Claire with my cousins Maggie and Hadley. They are so much fun.

We also got to see my friend Sara. She is due to have her baby any day now and we are so excited for her!
