Moving, Pig racing, Blackberries, Painting and much MORE!

Life has been crazy the last couple weeks! I don't even know where to start.

The kids are changing so much in so little time. I don't know what to do. Scott turned 4 months old and he is now sitting on his own. (not always very sturdy but he sure is so cute!) He weighs 13 pounds 11 ounces.

Doesn't he look so grown up?!

In my parents ward there is a family who just bought a bunch of land with all kinds of fun things to pick. We went and picked a bunch of blackberries, cherry plumbs and figs! Yum. So nice of them to let us have whatever we wanted for free! I froze a lot of berries, and am so excited to make smoothies and all kind of fun things with them.

I also canned a bunch of plum/apple juice!

This is what our apartment looks like right now. Its a little crazy and lots of unpacking left still but I finished a work project this week and will have some more time to take care of the place now. We LOVE how big the place is!

The day we moved in our apartment was 90 degrees! It was WAY too hot! We used the fridge to cool down.

W are so happy to be back in eugene and starting school again. Its fun being around all of our friends and we were able to take a break from craziness and go to the fair. Since we live so close to the fair grounds we got free tickets! Which meant we got to watch the pig racing again! YAY!

This last weekend was spend back in portland for another appointment for Scott. I was taught how to take out and put in the contact this week. It is a lot harder to take out than I thought. Putting it in is getting easier though.

My mom also decided to teach seminary again, which meant we painted the seminary room again! This year is was simple and we went with a big olive tree/ garden theme. It has a lot more to go, more pictures to come.
My mom is AMAZING! I love her so much!

Scott is so grown up. He refuses to nurse or take a bottle every once in a while and all he wants is to eat grown up food. I can't believe it but he does soooooo well! He even can kinda drink from a cup. (why does my baby think he is a big kid already?)

The tree still needs leaves and olives and we painted some flowers around....

Claire is wonderful, crazy, stressful and so full of love! I don't even know where to start. She is such a little girl. She finally LOVES nursery and is very friendly to people in our ward here in eugene. Claire loves taking her diaper off still, she thinks its funny! Im not sure I like cleaning up the messes from it. I think she is hitting the terrible 2s! EEKkkk. She has been throwing tempers lately, screaming in stores, Hitting and everything is "NO", "NO",  "NO". Im not too sure what to do about it but we still love her more than anything...

She is still totally girly. Thank you Robin for all the cute clothes you give us for claire. I opened the new box from her and this is what claire found. She loves dressing up and I have a feeling she will be wearing this dress a lot!

Our little family is growing up!

Rich started school monday! I think it will be a good semester.

Now on to more crazy things. We have baby showers for friends coming up and a wedding cake to make! Lots of friends to play with and an apartment to unpack....

Idaho visit

We headed out to idaho 2 weeks ago. Our trip started out with a bang.... literally.

The drive went okay considering both kids were sick and we had to get new tires. Once in idaho the party started.

We love uncle david.

Claire and scott were both so tired.

I guess grandpa was tired also... :)

We went to the zoo with everyone monday. Here is scott and john. Aren't they cute!

Here are some of the grandkids...

For family home evening we played songs and sang.

Alicia was also in idaho visiting, and took our family pictures. She did a great job!

We took sibling pictures, it was fun to have james, amanda and sara with us for a couple days! Here is all of us together....

Me and the kids got to visit the gibsons in rexburg.

We watched Harley (alicias little girl)...

We played in the water...

We had a picnic at the park...
